Origins

Govern Intellect grew from the observation that many advanced systems—whether AI agents or complex automation pipelines—lacked one critical property: deterministic, inspectable reasoning about their own behavior.

Instead of relying on opaque "black box" outputs, Govern Intellect models decisions as structured, replayable state transitions, so that engineers, operators, and leaders can examine how and why a particular outcome occurred.
